    Hi

I have a couple of customers that want their phone systems setup so they ring a reception desk first and then if unanswered failover to the other phones, at the minute I have had to set it up as two ring groups that failover which is annoying for the front desk phones as if they don't answer it shows as a missed call & there is a slight delay in the ringing as it switches over.

What I think would be a good idea is if you can create a target group within a call queue so for example ext. 101, 102, 103 will be in a group so would be targeted first in a prioritised hunt for say 10 seconds and then it would go over then to a secondary group for example ext. 102, 103, 104, 105, 106.
