GSM Gateway on 3CX

    I have successfuly configured the 3CX PBX and tested it. For now I did not have any problems. Now I would like to connect the GSM Gateway (2N VoiceBlue Lite) to 3CX. I have created the VoIP line for GSM Gateway, I have entered the IP of Gateway in Host name. I have established the outgoing call to mobile phone thru GSM Gateway successfuly. I have tried to establishe incoming call thru GSM Gateway and I can not establishe incoming call. The Gateway has DISA, so the user can pick wanted extension. When I enter extension on 3CX nothing happens - the call does not proceed to extesnion of 3CX. I have tried to forward all calls to extesnion 3CX. On mobile phone I have ring tne but the extesnion does not ring. In smoe cases call does not ring instead it is disconnected and I gate some information on server 3CX. In all other cases there is no information.

    Does anybody have any idea what should be done to establishe incoming calls. And what could be the reason for these problem.

    I'm afraid that these solution does not help. The incoming call is still dissconected and mentioned errors appears on server status. But the problem is that these happens only in case that I redirect the incoming call directly to extension 100 on 3CX. If there is possibility to chose the extension on GSM Gateway nothing happens on 3CX (no extesnion rings). There is also no information on server status window. I have checked the logs from GSM Gateway and GSM Gateway forwards the DTMF entry forward. Does anybody have any experiance in GSM Gateways on 3CX.

    I use Portech and it works prefect.

    Hello All,

    I use the same set of system as described above, can someone comfirm if VoiceBlue Lite can worked with 3cx system.
