Solved H-TEK UC924 Calling itself since V15.5 Upgrade

    Hi Guys

    Since running the 15.5 update this morning I had about an hour where all the HTEK UC924 handsets connected to the 3CX (all remote as using AWS with Debian) called themselves every minute or so, which was extremely annoying at 1am (I work UK and PST Hours)

    It has since stopped but I'm curious to see if anyone else had the same issue ?

    Is there a 3CX Activity log associated with these calls, or is it just something that appears to be internal to the set?

    Hi leejor, no nothing in the call logs, I haven't managed to get an activity log trace yet as it was 1 am when it happened last, I have verbose logging enabled now to try and capture it if it re-occurs

    if you have this issue you have not applied the latest firmware to support uaCSTA! can you confirm?

    Thank You StefanW, the H-Teks appear to be fine since upgrading to the latest Firmware
