Hang up and answer next call

    Just upgraded from v6 to latest.

    The upgrade was smooth.

    With the old version, we had a ring all group. Using snom300, if we are on a call and another comes in we heard a beep and if we hung up then we could just pick up the next call.

    With the latest version this is not happening, been looking at the setup and can't seem to workout why

    HI,

    Could you kindly do the Following:

    1 a. Go to 3CX Phone System > Extensions > (EACH EXT NUM) > Forwarding Rules > Busy Detection Mechanism
    b. Enable "Use Phone Staus"
    c. Press Apply and OK.

    2 a. 3CX Phone System > Settings > Advanced > Custom Parameters
    b. Search for "ALLOW"
    c. Change the Value of "ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP" to 1.
    d. Press Apply and OK
