Has any one used FlowRoute as a VOIP Provider and what was your experience
We use them at 3 locations and it has been great. No issues really, and their support staff is helpful.
I use them as well.
1 issue - had to manually change a setting on the Inbound Parameters because of how they sent caller id. Was not always an issue - just depending on how the remote callers system was setup.
Easy fix. Tech support was great.
