Have changed my PSTN SIP Trunk provider new line id

My carier has updated my SIP trunk line number, incomming calls are OK but outgoing are appearing on destination with my old number, is there anything y have to chanage or it is an issue from my provider??
 
You changed your outbound Caller ID field in the SIP setup?
 
Yes i did it to the new assigned number onda the sip trunk configuration

Make sure that you have updated the number in trunk settings of the PBX as well as any outbound caller ID assigned to extensions. If you are certain that numbers are updated in 3CX then you can run a capture to make sure you are sending the new number. If that is also correct then you will need to contact your provider to sort the issue
