Having issue with external extensions.

    Was having a issue with our ISP so we switched to someone else. All that has changed was the external IP. Now when my external employees try to make a call they see Contacting STUN server and then it goes to busy signal. Here is the log

    Changes made:

    Changed WAN IP on the router from 24.43.xxx.xx to 99.90.xxx.xx
    Changed 1 to 1 NAT from 24.43.xxx.xx to 99.90.xxx.xx

    Changed the proxy on the external extensions to match the new IP.

    Troubleshooting:


    Both external and internal calls TO the phone work great.

    Calls to external and internal numbers FROM the phone to not work. Fast busy tone
    Calls to voice mail immediately go to a fast busy tone.

    Logs:
    Are above.

    What else Ive noticed, when dialing a number from an external extension for a split second on the phone it pops up 'Contacting STUN Server' then goes to the dial tone.

    What I have tried:
    Uninstalling and reinstalling the 3cx on the machine.
    Resetting external phone to factory settings and then re-adding all information needed
