Headset settings in HTEK phone provisioning

    HTEK phones have a feature called headset priority. With a wireless headset this enables the headset button to act like a toggle. When it is on and lit, all calls will go to the headset. If it is toggled off, all calls go to the speaker. The current templates force this feature off which is not very useful with CTI as every call goes to speaker then you have to press the headset button to get it to headset. If you change the setting on the phone, it will revert when it re-reads the config.

    I would ideally like to see it added as an option in provisioning, but a second choice could be to remove the setting from the template, so the phone uses its default setting and this can be changed by a user through the phone menu.
