    This means that you have not created an outbound rule in 3CX to handle calls given the digits you are dialling. It doesn't know what to do with the call. Have a look at...

    http://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/

    As far as the incoming calls, I'm probably not going to be much help with that, as I'm not familiar with that gateway . Check the 3CX logs to see if there is any sign of an incoming call. If there is, then it is a 3CX configuration issue preventing the call from reaching an extension, post the log. If not, then it is a gateway setting, hopefully someone else can offer some suggestions. When a call comes in, (explaining in really basic terms), it is "forwarded" to the trunk number, in 3CX. There is usually a few seconds delay, in some areas (depending on the system used), to allow for receipt of caller ID information.

    Thanks for the fast reply!

    sir, is it possible that i will directly connect my pstn line to MP-104 FXO and make an outbound call?

    In our place supposed to be if i call locally the format is (062) 991 0551, we just need to dial 7 digits to reach (062) 991 0551.

    3cx Phone System Setup:

    Outbound Rule:

    Prefix:
    Call from from extension: 400
    Call to numbers with a length of: 7

    PSTN Line:

    Virtual Extension Number: 10000
    Authentication Id: 10000
    Authentication Password: 10000
    Port Idetification: 10000

    After creating this, it appeared Unregistered in 3CX Phone System, why?

    I got this message when i dial 991 0551:

    10:14:44.328 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Not available

    I'm not sure if the gateway or your 3CX is 192.169.3.172 or 173. You might want to check your IP settings.

    192.169.3.172 = my pc ip
    192.169.3.173 = my mp104 gateway ip

    So why is 3CX trying to reach 192.168.3.172:5060 (and failing) ?
    Do you have the correct IP datafilled against the trunk in 3CX?

    You've changed the IP on the device and the call is going through correctly according to the 3CX logs.

    What happens beyond that, I'm not sure as I'm not familiar with the settings for that device. Did you try the phone line in other sockets on the device? If you don't have the phone line connected, does the call fail? If it fails, that would show the device is aware of an idle phone line being present. Can you listen on an extension, or call a local phone to see if the call is, in fact, going through but you just have no audio path?

    In many Gateways there is a one-stage/two-stage option, which I'd expect to give you dialtone if not set correctly.
    Some Gateways also have an internal dialplan, which, if not set-up correctly, can prevent some calls from going through.

    I'm really not sure if those issues apply here or not.

    If no one else, more familiar with your gateway, doesn't come up with any suggestions, you might do some searches for any configuration settings for the MP-104 (or similar models), when connecting with any type of PBX. There may just be one or two settings that require changing.

    You've got it to the point that 3CX is passing on the call, which is a big step.

    sir,

    it seems that i found difficulty in configuring the MP104 to work with the 3cx phone system, in this case i want to ask your suggestion what be may the good and right units that really work with the 3cx and it has an easy configuration

    Thank you!

    "Easy Configuration"is very subjective, but if you want to go with a multi-line gateway that has been proven to work, then I'd recommend sticking to something that is supported by 3CX.
