    Hi,

    I want to use 3CX to connect to IPNESS in Belgium.
    Could not actually register (obtain "service unavaillable") because IPNESS
    ask for DID:pASSWORD:USER for registering a line
    (User/password can have multiple DID.)

    Could anybody give me instructions to configure correctly 3CX with IPNESS ?

    Regards

    Oli

    Hi Oli,
    did you already found a solution ? I received today the credentials of my IPNess account, and also am unable to register this VOIP provider in 3CX. Others I use, like voipbuster and sipservice.eu are working fine, and were easy to set up.

    I got this email from the IPNess helpdesk yesterday night
    I'll post an update once I've spoken with them today.

    Hi again,
    I spoke with IPNess today, and we have it working now, in fact by implementing a work-around;
    IPNess has changed my userid to be the same as my phone number.

    Apperently the root-cause for not being able to get this working in a standard setup is at the 3CX end. It seems the 3CX authentication ID only works when containing numerical characters. My IPNess account was setup with alphanumerical characters. Now that this is changed to be the telephone number itself things are working fine.

    The support of IPNess on this matter was really good.
