    Does anyone know if there is any "HelpDesk" system with an integration into 3CX?

    What I want is for incoming number to be picked up from 3CX and used to automatically create a ticket in the help desk system.

    Anyone seen anything like that?

    Not out of the box, but creating something like this with the VAD would be easy enough.
