HELP!! Queue Not Registred (failed to transfer) Commercial V

    Hi Guys,
    Help me pls...
    Could someone tell me why 3cx (Installed Version: 6.1.0, commercial version) sometime queue system not work?
    Sometime I reboot and turn up regulary, and other I must delete queue config and re-insert.
    In this week I reboot or recreate queue three time :(

    11:13:17.781 Call::RouteFailed [CM503015]: Call(6): Attempt to reach [sip:8003@203.38.34.80:5060] failed. Reason: Not Registered

    3cx run on Windows 2003 server.
    this happen with one or more then one agent logged and avaible.
    there is four queue when it failure and all go down.
    whem DR redirect to queue it say: "transfer failed..."
    No important error on Windows events.

    hello Robert,

    why you don't have 3cx v7.1 ? no update licence?

    maybe it's 3cx system bug, we reconnised to install 7.1. use 3cx database backup and reinstall 3cx system.

    your problem looks to a firewall problem or antivirus. do you have firewall ?

    ciao ehermouet,

    I prefer use v6.1.0, in others companies this function work regulary...

    1) no firewall enabled
    2) no antivirus installed
    3) no other services enabled, Is a PBX dedicated server
    4) windows 2003 server standard sp2
    5) only 15 phone in 3 queue, with 2 IVR

    when operators goes at home, logoff (at night all operator is logoff),
    and when return logon in queue, this every day from monday to friday.

    but because every 1 week when IVR route to queue It fails .. and IVR voice said "Fail trasfer" and turn back to IVR????

    If restart services or reboot nothing happen..

    to resolve I need to create a new queue and route ivr to this new !!!

    pls somebody help me.. :)
