Help Using Vonage Service

    I am currently using a LinkSYS ATA with my Vonage service. I need help in configurung Vonage to work with the 3CX software. After installing the software and looking at the add extention section and then add voip service provider section, I am lost. not sure what iformation is to be entered.
    Has anyone been able to configure this set up?

    Vonage and 3CX

    We will be testing our software with Vonage soon. Until now we could not obtain an account with them.

    However, if you want to proceed in the meantime, you need to ensure that Vonage has given you a soft phone account.

    You need to have this feature enabled:

    http://www.vonage.com/features.php?feature=softphone

    With that feature enabled it should work but as i said we will be in a position to test this over the coming week.
