HELP WITH CALL LOGS

    HI.

    THE HOUR WHEN THE CALLS WERE PLACED IS NOT CORRECT, IS DELAY 5 HOURS. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE HOUR. DOES 3CX HAS A TIME CLOCK?

    I realize that this may be a silly question, but you never know. :D

    Have you checked the clock on the server on which 3CX is running?

    Yes, i have. I know that 3CX takes the hour from the system clock but what i try to understand is why is delayed for 5 hours. Help please.

    Second silly question :oops:

    Are you saying that the Server has the correct time and 3CX is off by 5 hours?
    Or is both the Server & 3CX off by 5 hours?

    Yes. The time on call logs in 3CX is off by 5 Hours.

    That is odd

    Just to make certain that I understand.

    The time on the server that 3CX is installed on is correct but the time on the 3CX call logs is off by 5 hours?

    Have you checked the clock setting on your phone or adapter?

    Also when you say call logs are you looking at the server log that you get when you click server status or the call log that you generate when you click Call Logs under Reports on the left side menu?

    Hi.

    When i say call logs i'm making reference to the call log that i generate when i click Call Logs under Reports on the left side menu. And yes, i've checked the clock settings on my PATTON SN4924JS and is up to date; has the same time that the clock in the machine where is installed 3CX.

    hmmm

    This is a puzzler.

    Have you tried restarting the server and the 3CX service?

    When in doubt, reboot :D

    Is the time zone on the servers system clock set correctly?

    Yes is set correctly. My time zone is (GMT-07:00) Chihuhua, La paz, Mazatlan.

    Just specify, How and where you did find this "wrong" time?

    When i printed the call logs report of my extension, the hour when was placed the registered calls is wrong, isn't the real hour actually. For example if a placed a call from my extension to any number at 5:00 pm in the call logs report appears as if the call was placed at 10:00 pm.

    Heres a thougt..
    Try to offset system clock with 5 hours, and then see what 3cx says.. :)
