Hide call history from 3CXPhone user

    Hello,

    We have integrated our CRM and 3CX API. We are able to call via CRM and record call history.
    But we don’t want all our employees to see customers' phone numbers. So we have to hide customer phone numbers from our employees. We have already set up it in CRM and employees can’t see customer’s phone numbers.

    We use Yealink T23P and 3CX Phone for Windows. Seems as “make call” on Yealink screen which made calls via CRM.

    This is ok for us.
    But they can see call history in 3CX Phone for Windows call history section. We have to hide it as well.

    Could you please advice if it is possible to set this up or not?

    Maybe you can use Reformating the inc number.

    I would try:

    (.*)
    anonymous.

    This should work, if i understand your question correctly.
