I would like have the possibility to hide IVR, Queue and ring groups from company phonebook.

We have customers that don't want the night IVR, and call flow ring groups visible in the company phonebook. They have many departments and different IVR for each one. This only clogs up the phonebook search.

This option is already available for extensions, so why should it not be available for groups, IVR and queue.

YES! There's no good reason why Digital Receptionist/IVR and Ring Group "extensions" should automatically appear in a phonebook visible to users, without admin options to NOT display those extensions. And there are plenty of reasons why a system admin wouldn't want users seeing or dialing those non-user extensions. It's simply bizarre that the option to "not display" in the company phonebook is available for user extensions, but not for specialized/non-user extensions. 3CX, please consider fixing this issue. Thank you!

    Yes! Yes! Yes!
I have no idea why any organisation would want all the employees to view all the queues available by default.
The admin should have privileges to provide access to only those who needs to see these queues.
Atleast, our organisation needs this badly.
Please do something about this, as this is a must feature for us.
    Thank you.

+1, I would add, even if you put the option "hide from company phonebook" you can still search for names or # in app and it displays. For example, if you start typing a matching letter it finds people anyway

From 3CX client's point of view, if we hide them, they will no longer be visible in Forwarding Rules (where it's a well-defined entry called Forward to System Extension).

I think where and when it shows needs to be rethought with maybe another option.
If its hidden - it should still show up in Setup /Forwarding areas (maybe) - but not in Phonebook.
