Hitting Voicemails with autodialer

    Hello

    I have an autodialer set up through CFD, it makes a call out and then connects it to a queue with agents. There is a problem: a lot of calls hit Voice mail boxes, and agents leave a script on it
    Is it possible to detect a voicemail and then leave a recorded message after the signal without connecting the call to a queue?

    Hi @gustavskii,

    Unfortunately currently there is no way to detect if a real person answered or if it's a voicemail. In order to do that, we would have to analyze the audio stream, but it's not possible.
