Solved HOL IVR not showing up in extensions

    Hello,

    after we restored a backup, the hol ivr extension is not showing up in the sip trunk options for the outside office hours.

    I checked the system extensions in the dashboard and the hol ivr is online and running but when i try to use it under sip trunks -> route calls to -> Destination for calls outside office hours -> Extensions, its not showing up.

    Does anybody have an idea what could be the cause of the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    (Reboot didnt help)

    Hello @dustycr

    HOL IVR is no longer available as a destination for out of office hours as it is reserved specifically for holidays. You will need to create a new IVR and forward calls to that one for non holiday office hours.
