Hold music for different queues

    Hi,

    We have different queues currently with different hold while waiting music for callers in the queue. As they are using different company names. This is ok but when a call is answered and an agent then places that call on hold it uses the hold music found in general settings. How can I change this so there are 2 different hold musics when an agent places the call on hold depending on which queue that are in...?

    Please dont confuse this with hold music callers here while waiting for an agent to answer

    I don't think that you can specify the onhold music when placed on hold. Version 9 can randomise each day, or each call. I'm sorry not to be of more help.
