Solved Holiday is setup but recording playing is the the after Hours IVR

    I just created a Good Friday Recording and in setting setup today as a Holiday to play goodfriday.wav.

    When I call the main number I get the recording that is connected to the after hours IVR. What could I be doing wrong?

    Hello @tastycoders

    You need to enable the option "Play holiday prompt when it's a global holiday" in your sip trunk's settings in order to play the prompt that you have selected when configuring the holiday.
    Setting the holiday without the above option enabled will just go to the Destination for calls outside office hours
