Ok, I've got the Holiday IVR up and running.

Only question: Tomorrow is a holiday for us. What happens after COB today? Presumably, callers will hear the standard out of office greeting, unless they call after midnight tonight, in which case it''s technically the 24th, and the HOL IVR takes over at that point.

Does the system automatically account for that, and switch to the HOL IVR at COB today, or the normal after hours IVR, then switch tonight at midnight?

    Thx!

3cx does not have the ability for a half-holiday or quarter-holiday....
So, I think the Standard Out Of Office will be used.
Your better bet, would be to create a specific IVR for Holidays then forward inbound calls there... this however, eliminates the automation of using the Holiday IVR.

Thanks for the response. I think we'll stick with the HOL IVR - it seems to have a bit more robust functionality for the holiday schedules.

Thanks - Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays!
