Ok, I've got the Holiday IVR up and running. Only question: Tomorrow is a holiday for us. What happens after COB today? Presumably, callers will hear the standard out of office greeting, unless they call after midnight tonight, in which case it''s technically the 24th, and the HOL IVR takes over at that point. Does the system automatically account for that, and switch to the HOL IVR at COB today, or the normal after hours IVR, then switch tonight at midnight? Thx!
