Holiday Message Playing instead of After Hours

    Hi - I am new to our 3CX phone system. We have been receiving complaints of callers receiving a holiday message rather than an after hours message when calling after hours. Where would I start to look for what might be causing this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Inbound rules. Make sure that the destination for outside office hours is set correctly.

    It appears to be that is why this is rather puzzling...'Configure where calls to this DID/DDI Number should be routed outside office hours' has Connect to Digital Receptionist - 801-Virtual Receptionist General Afterhours selected. There is a check mark in the box 'Play Holiday Prompt on Public Holiday' as well.
