Holiday prompt issues

    We are using the latest version of 3CX (v11, SP4)
    I cannot find any documentation on how the holidays are supposed to work. The best I found said that if it is a holiday, the prompt should be played first, then directed to the HOL digital receptionist.
    When a holiday is set, it does make the entire system Out of Office. However, it never plays the prompt that I select in the holiday dialog, and it never transfers to the HOL digital receptionist. It pretty much acts as if the office is outside of business hours.

    Any ideas?
