Please re-enable both the holiday prompts and the HOL IVR Prompt to play in sequence (holiday prompt, then HOL IVR prompt) as they have in the past. Currently, EITHER the holiday prompt OR the HOL IVR prompt play, not both of them. In our case, we want to have a specific holiday prompt play, then route to a very generic HOL IVR for further options. At this point, we are unable to have both prompts play - only one or the other - and this causes issues with the caller's experience. Thank you!
