In 3CX inbound rules you select your destination for "office hours" and "outside office hours". Additionally you can toggle "Holiday prompt" on or off. I would like the holiday option extended so that each inbound rule you can select a destination for "holiday hours". Many of our customers have different departmental DIDs and would like each department DID to have its own holiday message/routing. Other customers have more than one company at their location sharing an office and a phone system and a common HOL digital receptionist doesn't work well because it will mix the branding. The above feature request to add a third route to each inbound rule for holiday use would solve a lot of headache over holiday configurations for companies and shouldn't be too difficult to implement.
