Holidays in different countries

    Hi everybody!

    One of our customers (AT) is using a 3CX on a Windows 7 machine with branch offices in 2 other countries (D an CH).
    The phones in the branch offices are connected over VPN with the 3CX in AT.

    The problem is - holidays are not all the same, in D and CH they have some different days than in AT.

    3CX Support said, that I must use the VAD to solve this problem...

    Does anyone know, how to do it? I never made something with the VAD and our distributor too...

    Hi Christian,

    What you need to do is check the Caller ID available in the session.ani variable and depending on the country from where the user is calling, check if the current date is a holiday in that country or not, and play a prompt message accordingly.
