Hosted PBX + Yealink CTI + Cloud workplace

    Hello,

    Since version 14 it isn't possible anymore to use (Yealink) CTI with a remote 3CX client (so the 3CX Soft client isn't in the same local network as the phones)

    A lot of customers are using cloud workplaces, so this is a very common issue..

    There are also situations that the voice network is separated of the data network. Then the CTI does also not work.

    Please fix this, so the CTI can be used again in every (network) situation.

    Until a better answer comes along: use an SBC and then CTI will work perfectly.
