When is the hotdesking coming back? can't upgrade until this is in. All the other enterprise solutions offer this, especially useful for call centres with desk sharing and multiple shifts
Well most Call Centres would have softphones with a headset. Much more ergonomic plus allows agent to be more productive. So i believe you should push your enterprise customers to such a solution independent of the hotdesking feature being available or not.
That said we are working on it, it will be back its just going to take a little more time.
HotDesking would not only be helpful for us but it is absolutely ESSENTIAL.
The availability of this feature was a K.O. criterium, when we decided to migrate to 3CX a couple of years ago.
Now it keeps us stuck to an old version of 3CX. Without this feature we will need to reevaluate the market for PBX/ACD solutions.
