Hotel Module error

    I just installed v11 with the hotel module, because I had this same issue in v10 I completely re-built the system and didn't migrate from the back up, fresh server install.

    Running windows server 2008
    V11 with hotel module

    When I created the wakeup call ivr using the configuration tool, everything seemed to be fine, I can get wake up calls to work from the web-page when they are added by employees, but if you dial 900 (the extension I choose for wake ups) it guides you through the wakeup call, but then at the end say an error has occurred.

    I'm unable to figure out why this is has anyone got any ideas or pointers?
