Hotel module inserting extra characters

    I'm using the hotel module to clear room's in a hotel, the communication between the two systems is working, the check in/out feature works, I can set wakeup calls, etc. But when attempting to clean or ispect a room using the code *681 the pbx is sending:

    STS3 246
    but the PMS is expecting it to be:
    STS3 246

    That is two less spaces between the coding and extension number.

    Any ideas on how to reduce these two characters?

    I've dug through everything I can think of but can't come up with an answer. I'm using the 3cx PMS interface. Our PMS doesn't support he fidelio protocol
