Hotel Module interface won't open version 9

    I have been trying to install the hotel module and run into a problem. I am currently running version 9 so I am not sure if that is the actual problem or if it something else.

    Anyway install goes just fine and then computer tries to connect to the hotel module interface and in internet explorer it stays at the status of connecting for over an hour but neve allows me to get to the page to work on anything. I have tried using firefox and several other webaddresses for the module but nothng works.

    Does anyone know if this is a bug with version 9 or if there is another issue causing this?

    Hi,

    Version 9 currently does not work with the Hotel Module.
    You can only use V8 with the Hotel Module for the moment, a working hotel module will be available for V9 once Version 9 is fully released as right now it's still a Release Candidate.

    Okay so I rolled it back to version 8 and still get the same problem I can not open the hotel managment console to configure it.

    I have tried the following links http://(local ip address):5488/
    http://localhost:5488/
    http://(local ip address)/Hotel
    http://(computer_name/Hotel

    nothing gets it to start it always comes up as page can not be displayed.

    I am running Cassini

    Any other ideas?

    Hi,

    You should try opening a Support ticket if you have support insurance, it would be best that you go through the proper channels regarding the hotel module.
