How and where do you report a bug?

    There is a bug in the Presence Information screen, if you pick up a call in a quue by dialing *20, see attached it doesn't clear the call information. Only the user that dialed *20 see's it and you see an active call for each time your dial *20. This is happeing on Windows 7 PC, running Version 12, SP4. The way to clear it, is to close both the Presence Info screen, close 3CX My Phone and exit it via task manager and resetart.

    if you have a support contract you can file a bug and have login information for the support area of the website.
