How are upgrades from SB to Pro & Pro to Enterprise hand

    Good afternoon,

    We are working with a client that would need the Professional Edition of 3CX. They are growing at a rapid rate and may need to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition at some point.

    How are upgrades from one version to the next handled? Is there a differential payment to upgrade based on what they have already paid? Is there an upgrade version of the software? Do they have to purchase the higher version at full price and start all over again?

    When did they change the feature comparison chart?

    I could swear that I looked at it a day or 2 ago and it was the old one that had Pro with 32 simultaneous calls and Enterprise as unlimited.

    Changes are being done for v5 release very very soon.
