I have 3CX 15.5. I have a Patton Analog FXO (4 FXO) gateway connected 3 PSTN (Analogue) lines. How can find from which DID number I have received a call? I need this information for statistic reasons.

    Hello @Manos Val

You will need to follow our guide to configure the numbers on your Patton as on Analog FXO you cannot display the called number
    https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/patton-smartnode-sn4112/
Then you can use the created DIDs to add inbound rules which will can have a unique name to tell apart the port the call came in from

    Hello Yannis

I have already created one rule for first PSTN Line, I will create later 2 more rules to test your suggestion. But, which report has the "inbound rule" information available?

I develop my own statistics software because the 3CX available statistics are not sufficient for me. I have a ODBC connection with 3CX Database (PostgreSql) and i found that there is a table named XXXXXXX which has inbound rule names and ids but I cannot find how this table has relationship with other tables in database which have the call log information (e.g. public_cl_participants).

Disclaimer, you should NOT connect to 3CX DB. If you need CDR Data, enable CDR Output form the system and use the data from there.
Connecting to 3CX DB voids the systems support state. Therefore better to use a supported method.
