How can I delete sound files from a Hosted 3CX server

    I`d like to know how I can delete my sound files on our Hosted 3CX server!

    I added a few to the list mainly for testing. Now that I want to clean things up, I can`t see an option to delete them.
    Where am I able to delete my unwanted sound files?

    It depends on which version of the 3CX is being ran. If its V14 and you have admin access, you should be able to navigate in the Management Console and go to Recordings. Or, if you are the user and have a 3CXPhone on your desktop, go into the 3cxphone under recordings and view (if admin as allowed this).

    Lastly you may need to contact your host provider to access the database and remove if none of these options are accessable.

    V14sp2 Hosted.

    I was talking about Music files for music on hold. They are not in the recordings list.
    They are uploaded files from my PC onto the 3CX.

    Is there any other way of deleting them within 3CX?
    I have admin rights.
