Hi there,
we have an 3cx system running with two trunks which belongs to 2 different companies.
The Agents works for both companies and should see which trunk/Number was called

Trunk 1 (company1) -> Queue with Agents 11,12,13,14,15,16,17
Trunk 2 (company2) -> Call Group with Agent 16,17,18

The Problem is that the Agents should answer the phone with the company name.
Without identification which trunk/Number is called this is not possible.

I was looking in the direction inbound call manipulation but what if the agent want to call back the number which is showed in the display / Calles Number List ?

Any Suggestions ?
Thanks in advance
Guido

Hello @Guido Klein

You should create an Inbound rule for both trunks and name the inbound rules with the company names. Then navigate to Contacts / Options and make sure that "Prepend Name" is selected under "Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID".
So when a call comes in the phone will display the Inbound rule name of the called trunk.
