Good afternoon all,
How can we check the abandoned calls by agent?
You can create a call report with selected type Agents in Queue Statistics.
With this report you can see the answered calls, the percentage for calls serviced, the answered calls per hour, the ring time and talk time per Agent.
This report will help you observe who answered each call and who doesn't.
