I HAVE TRIED ALL I CAN AND IT STILL DOESNT REGISTER. HAS ANYONE GOTTEN IT TO WORK?
Have you followed the steps decribed in the manual? It outlines the steps to take for SIPgate & Nikotel, but these should work for any provider.
Please let us know what steps you took and whether the phones have registeed and we would be happy to help. If you are prepared to borrow your account details we will test from our side too..
The standard methiod does not work for broadvoice.....I was never able to get it to register.
Can you send us account details to info at 3cx.com so we can test it out for you?
