how do i configure trunk with cisco callmanager ?

    our sites has cisco callmanager.
    calling is ok from callmanager'phone to 3cx'phone,
    but from 3cx'phone to callmanager'phone does not call.

    how do i configure it ? of course , i setuped sip trunk with callmanager.

    I believe this would be an issue for CISCO support. CISCO call manager is a cisco IP PBX, so not sure how much they would be willing to help.

    Did you say call from Cisco to 3CX works, but 3CX to Cisco does not? Do you have your CISCO SIP trunk details, and how do they match the 3CX VoIP details?

    Perhaps it is as simple that the Caller ID is not presented correctly on the SIP trunk.

    3CX gets the call but Cisco does not get the call from 3CX. Unless you have a routing problem (eg wrong gateway or something) i would say it fails authentication by caller id.
