One of our #1 requirements is recorded calls that my sales reps can listen back to as it's super valuable to play back a call from a customer. In the 3CX manual it says "In order to view the Recordings list the administrator must give you access." at this page here https://www.3cx.com/user-manual/call-recording/. Where is that setting? I've gone through everything and cannot find it. So right now when users go to Recordings in the 3CX Softphone it shows nothing, even for myself and I'm an admin user. Where is this setting?
