how do I transfer to an existing conference v11

    hi Everyone,

    We have had a couple conference calls on the system and occasionally we have clients that call into our main office number that need to be added to an existing conference call.

    I thought with the myphone app that the receptionist would be able to transfer the call but there is no option to transfer to an existing conference call, so she can transfer them to ext 7000 and type in the conference id, but there are cases where she doesn't know the conference id, and she is stuck. We tried doing a transfer to ext 7001 when it shows there is a conference going on, but it says denied.

    We usually only have one conference going on at a time so it not like we have a whole bunch to choose from. I also noticed that if they call into the conference phone number and use just the digital receptionist, the call doesn't show up in the myphone app.

    any ideas would be great.
