    Hi

We have a situation where we need to change the internal IP of a 3CX Linux computer. When you uninstall 3CX through apt-get it seems that the configuration remains. I suspect that is because the database engine is not uninstalled.

Is there an official way to uninstall 3CX so it can be reinstalled after the IP is changed? I am posting here as I am hoping someone in or around my timezone knows.

    Cheers
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

    If you run

    apt-get purge 3cxpbx
    apt-get update
    apt-get autoremove

it will Clear everything and you can make any changes you want then

    apt-get install 3cxpbx
