    Hello,

    I use the the 3CX VoiP app on my iPhone 4gs. I activated the "record call" feature, and that works well. When I click on the call history, the only options I get are to either "play" or "delete" the call recording. Does anyone know how I can save these recordings onto my PC (Windows 7)? When I sync my iPhone in iTunes, the call recordings are NOT captured in either voicemails or music!

    thanks for any support and advice ,

    James

    @saunders

    The "record calls" feature instructs the 3CX Phone System to record the calls on behalf of the extension number, but it is the server actually recording the call, not the iPhone. The recordings can be found on the 3CX Phone System machine here:

    C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Recordings
