Can it only be done by having say V11 and 3CXPhone for IOS? (We have V10) logging on then 999 etc... I have read the various articles at 3CX but still cannot figure what number to call and what to do. I know this is vague but if our company main number is 1234 5678 how can I get to my VM if somebody answers. Or if it there is no answer eg after hours and I get to a message bank how can I tell it to access my VM for say EXT 10. I tried entering 99# but 3CX left the greeting message and just started to ring again as if it was an initial call. There must be something simple I am missing here.
