How to change default IVR Pin protect extension 777 in v14

    Hello,

    It appears that v14 has removed the option to change the IVR Pin protect extension (which is set to 77,777,7777 and 77777 on all installations). In v12.5 this was possible to change from the management console. We just lost a new customer partly due to the fact that the CEO's extension (and last four of his DID) was 7777 and we were told we couldn't change this in v14.

    After following up again with support, we've learned that we could install 12.5 first, change the IVR pin protect extension, backup, then restore to a new v14 installation - as a workaround.

    But it would be preferable to just add back the ability to change this in the management console? Not sure why it was even removed and we can still change other system extensions - just not this one anymore for some reason...

    Changing system extension is mandatory function ALL serious PBX including TDM PBX . I don't understand the reason why this absent in 3CX.
