How to change public IP on a Virtual PBX

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to find a way of changing 3CX Virtual PBX public IP address once first instance has been added. Because once tenant is added, network configuration fields go disabled. So far no joy, so had to re-install the PBX in order to change the public IP.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi There,

    In order to change your public IP you will have to backup all your instances then remove them. Once removed use the 3CX Cloud Pbx Manager change your IP and click reset. Then restore your instances.
