Solved How to change the profile status using dial codes

    I would like to know how to change the profile status using dial codes in V15 Phone system. In older version we have an option is *30 for available,*31 for away etc...This seems to outdated. Please advice

    Hi there ,

    Is the same
    Check on your Management Console -> Settings -> Dial Code
    what you set for Change Profile Status option.If *3 is set
    *30 is Available Stratus
    *31 is Away Status .....

    I did the same but *30 give enable caller ID and *31 Gives Disable Caller ID options

    what phone are you using ?
    if you dial *32 , *33 , *34 what is happening ?

    It seems to be working when i re provision the phone
