We have an very huge IPblacklist list and we want to clear it, cause it's to slow to manage and too huge. The system let us delete entries one by one only and it took 20 sec to delete one.

How to clear all the list without taking days to do it?

I find that deletes take a lot less time than that...something else is going on. Generally, people don't delete entries or they risk that IP trying again. I whittle them down by looking for IP's that i can combine by putting into a range.

then I can blacklist the domain again. OK but we also got Ip blacklist from the internal IP range that is already whitelisted. May I get double entries for the same IPs?

They are listed numerically, pretty easy to scroll through and see any multiple entries.

What I mean, is that I had do an IP range whitelist of the voice VLAN and 30 min later found the ip of one our phone in the blacklist. Same range that was whitelisted before. So this is why I want to clear thoses entries to eased the security process

Haven't seen that happen before, if implemented properly. I had a similar issue with ATAs being blacklisted. I simply put in the entire 192.168.0.0 with a subnet of 255.255.0.0 and never had an issue again.

Smoke a joiint and take your time undoing the mess. Either that or you need to modify the database.

I would recommend upgrading to V15.5 since V14 is no longer supported. V15.5 is more secure and the user interface is a lot faster. You can also multi-select entries and delete them all at the same time.
