    Hi Eric,

    i dont' have a solution for this problem, but I have the same problem.

    I've open TCP 5060 from the internet to the pbx and i am able to register. But when i try to call my voicebox, it does not connect. When I check the extension status, my iphone is "on line".

    I've connected my iphone 3g by wifi from my home place. Firmware ist 4.2.1.

    I think there are some additional ports (which i did not find in the manual)

    Best regards

    @Eric
    Are you using the 3CX-iPhone as a standalone device or did you configure it as an external extension.
    To keep in mind: A lot of mobile phone providers block port 5060 in there network to prevent people can make free calls over there network instead of paid calls.

    @r2k
    You must open port 5060 TCP and UDP for the internet.

    Hi

    Thanks for your answer. I've open now TCP and UDP 5060, still no way :(

    Are there other ports needed for the iPhone app? (btw: is there a manual?)
