I am trying to figure out rules that will work for users dialing local numbers, but
the outgoing trunks handle it differently.
1. Trunk 1 - PSTN - Gateway - Local Numbers 604-xxx-xxxx
2. Trunk 2 - SIP - Local Numbers dialed need to be treated like long distance 1-604-xxx-xxxx
It's not a cost issue, it's an available line issue. The PSTN are the main lines and if they are
used up it goes to sip (which can only handle a couple calls at best)
So a user will dial
96045551234, as long as it goes out the PSTN gateway it will work fine. But if it goes out the SIP
trunk it fails, because it requires 916045551234.
Any suggestions on how I can handle this? (using a different number to dial out the SIP trunk is already setup, but that's not a very good solution)
